Where are you based? Do you have a store?

We are based in south Dublin. We operate only as an online store.

How do i use a promotion or discount code?

Once you have added your items to the basket and have completed your address details, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, enter it into the box and hit the apply button. The discount will then be applied to your order.

What happens if the item i have ordered is out of stock?

This should not happen, as our Beverly One team carefully track the stock that is available and check this before we offer it online. However, mistakes occasionally happen and if we cannot fulfil your order we will make contact with you immediately.
